GUEST POLICY
- All guests must be accompanied by a member of the Brookhaven Swim Club. They must leave the club when their accompanying member leaves. (There are no “Day” passes to the club)
- Guest fees are $15/guest/day. Members may purchase a discounted card which has 10 passes for $125.
- Guests must wear a wristband while at the club.
PARTY POLICY
- Members are welcome to host parties at the pool. Members pay the guest rate/attendee at the party (even if the attendee isn’t swimming). Members can give the ticket office a list of attendees and the ticket office staff can check them off as they come. Members must pay the required guest fees by the end of the day of the party.
- Any member bringing more than 7 guests on a given day is considered a party. All parties must be signed up at least a week in advance at the ticket office. The ticket office will maintain a party calendar.
- The first party for any given day may reserve the far pavilion (closest to the snack bar) for free. No other tables may be reserved in advance, but members are welcome to use any back picnic tables on the date of their party.
- Any party bringing more than 35 guests MUST be approved with management before signing up. (We may need to bring additional guards on staff for that day). These parties may not be scheduled on weekends or holidays.
- Any member having a party of more than 35 paying guests, may receive a discounted guest rate of $10/guest. These parties are NOT available on weekends or holidays.
- All party guests must wear the guest wristband while at the party. They must leave the premises when the party host leaves.
- Management reserves the right to require all party guests to listen to the rules of the club before being allowed to swim. Please talk to the manager on the date of your party to set this up.
- Members are welcome to bring in food/drinks/decorations for their party, but they must clean the area and dispose of trash properly when the party is over.
- All guests between the ages of 8-12 must either pass the Big Pool Test or be accompanied by an adult while in the big pool. Guests under the age of 8 MUST be accompanied by an adult in the big pool.
