Where is my invoice?
You can find the invoice we emailed out on the Member Dashboard in the For You section under Recent Mail. If you have not received an email with an invoice from us please reach out to us to make sure we have you correct email.
How to add an associate member?
Associate Members are anyone on the membership who is living in the home that is over 18 years old that is not part of the nuclear family. These members will have to be added to the membership every year as they not required to join the pool.
To add associate members you need to go to our Membership Add-ons page to purchase the number of additional adults you need. Once you have purchased the add-ons you can head over to your member dashboard and click on set up household to add the members information.
How to change a current member level?
If you need to change your membership as your nuclear family has changed. Please reach out to us and will send a new invoice for the new membership.
